 COMPANY HISTORY | PRODISAL SAS is a family company created in 1988 and based in Eguzon, between Limoges and Châteauroux.
For the last twenty years, PRODISAL SAS has specialized in the manufacture of exotic dishes and asian food, fresh and frozen, with the constant care of quality and innovation.
This dynamic SME realizes a turnover in constant progress thanks to its national referencing in most of the mass-market retailing group.

| | | THE ADVANTAGES OF THE PRODUCTS AND FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS | To guarantee food safety and avoid the risks of allergies, most of our products are guaranteed without GMO.
We work in close collaboration with a laboratory of bacteriological analysis, the departmental veterinary services and the DGCCRF of the Indre to assure the transparency of our quality charter, so that, our customers can be informed every month.
Since 1994, our Company has :
* A quality approach formalized and based on procedures, working instructions and recordings in every steps, from the manufacturing to the shipping of our products.
* An approach of risks analysis HACCP: this system, internationally recognized, is a systematic approach of identification, localization, evaluation and control of the potential risks of deterioration of the healthiness of foodstuffs in the food chain.
* Its own quality department that allow to carry out control on all steps of the production line, to check the premises hygiene, oil oxidation, O² content, the temperature of the products etc…
Aging tests are carried out on our products and we guarantee a shelf life of 21 days on most of our references.
* A traceability system on each parcel, meeting the European standarts: EAN 128 and code SSCC since 2004.
